We get you in and out of several properties quickly! Perfect for those who don't want to waste time trying to set appointments, navigate the city or spend their entire day on a tour. Perfect for anyone who needs guidance through the rental market, but does not need a tour. Our Rental Consultation includes specific apartment listings to meet your criteria, current availability and pricing and appointment scheduling for one day of apartment viewing. We set up the appointments, you visit the properties on your own. $199 *Does not include rental homes*
Can't make it to town? Leasing site unseen? We'll be your guide and proxy and walk you through the entire apartment search and leasing process online! Includes specific apartment listings to meet your criteria, current availability and pricing and photos or videos of up to 2 properties. $199 *Does not include rental homes*
Escorted rental home/residential listing tour in up to 2 pre-designated areas. Includes customized residential listings (single family homes, duplexes, townhomes) and personalized rental consultation. Full Day $599 /Half Day $499
Deposit of $199 due at booking. Based on broker availability. Inquire for details.
PAF accepts credit, debit, personal checks, cash and Paypal. Payments for tours are due on the date of the tour. Payments for Rental Consultations are due the date of receipt.
All cancelled tours will be billed the $199 Rental Consultation fee; regardless of amount of advance notice. If tour is rescheduled and completed within 30 days of original booked tour date, the $199 will be credited to the balance due on tour date.
All booked tours and services may be upgraded or downgraded with a minimum 5 day notice and subject to availability. A minimum 72 hour notice is required for tour bookings. Rental Consultation services may be done same day based on agent availability.
